  Arun is a Personal training Coach with over 15 years of experience within the sports and fitness industry. His coaching philosophy is one of 'building health from the ground up' and is a stalwart believer in  practicing what he preaches.
Arun will work closely with you to design and implement an efficient, effective strategy.
Arun has experience in Wrestling-GR, Judo and Ju-jitsu Coaching.
He has competed in many competitions and attended various courses and seminars worldwide.
He has experience in event managing at the  Olympics and other International level events.

Hitender Singh
Hitender retired from nation and international competition in 2005 and became a qualified coach so that he could work as an elite coach . He is a qualified Wushu,  Taichi and Qi-gong  high performance coach from China and Italy. Hitender has a foundation diploma in coaching from NIS.
Since 2006 Hitender has also worked as a support coach for the India Wushu. This has involved coaching at national and international Championships.
Hitender now provides personal training using tried and tested training techniques designed to effectively achieve your personal goals, whether you’re a fitness competitor, athlete, or someone simply looking to lose fat and/or build muscle.
